Senior HR Administrator
A tier one construction company has an opportunity for a Senior HR Administrator
Supporting the Senior HR team with all aspects of administration
Responsibility for the HR system & all data associated with employee files
Ensure details of new appointments are fully prepared for integration into all HR information systems, employee HR file etc.
Oversee the administration & correspondence associated with the employee lifecycle
Develop and maintain administrative systems and processes to support the HR functions
Responsibility for creating monthly reports for the Senior HR Team
Co-ordinate the provision of statistical information in relation to HR data as required
Manage the self-service portal & any associated queries
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Human Resources systems and processes
Assist in the management of ongoing change in line with the company's HR strategy.
Participate as required in HR projects associated with the change management process
Ensure that all duties are conducted in a professional and confidential manner.
Strong interpersonal skills with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
Third Level Qualification in HR or Employment Relations
Expert knowledge of HR best practice and Irish employment law
Ability to work in a fast-paced organisation
Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals
