We are looking for a Pro-active Sales Manager to join our Client's sales team and promote one of Dublin's largest Independent hotels to the Dublin Market.
This is an opportunity for a competent individual to demonstrate their business acumen, with a dedicated focus on achieving accountable results.
This role would suit an innovative self-motivator with a hands-on approach who enjoys working in a dynamic fast moving environment. A proven track record in Sales delivery is essential.
Responsibilities of this Sales Manager:
Pro-actively generating sales leads for meeting and events enquiries and follow up re same.
Meeting KPI targets in sales.
Working with the full sales team to deliver meetings and events budgeted revenue weekly/monthly.
Giving input on activities and new ideas to generate revenue to be included in the quarterly and annual sales and marketing plan.
Conducting face to face familiarisation appointments both off-site and at the hotel with potential clients.
To close out prospects and convert enquiries to maximise all revenue potential.
Upselling of all hotel products and services and maximising profit potential.
Increase market share for the hotel.
Requirements for this Sales Manager:
- 4 Years' sales experience working in the Hospitality Industry
- A passion for Sales
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Previous history in achieving Targets
- Proven Account Manager
- Ability to create and manage a sales pipeline
- Experience in Negotiation
- Knowledge of local area and competitors a bonus
