Resourcing Manager (Fulltime)
Term: 1-year Contract
Dept: Human Resources
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the HR team and business leaders to coordinate and activate talent acquisition activities across the Company sites
Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Work closely with the HR leadership team and People Partners to execute the new hire requirements in line with business strategy
*Undertake and oversee all activities within the end to end recruitment process.
*Provide programme management for all Talent Acquisition initiatives and support the development of a resourcing strategy
*Work with business and HR leadership on workforce planning needs to identify future talent requirements or capability gaps, ensure timely plans are designed and implemented to provide solutions from a resourcing perspective
*Constantly seek to refine and enhance approaches to attracting, sourcing and acquiring top level talent to enable present and future achievement of business strategy
*Provide thought leadership on industry trends, best practices, benchmarks, technology and proven models to inform decisions related to setting talent enablement strategies, policies and practices
*Responsible for the implementation of different recruiting and sourcing strategies to ensure optimum effectiveness in hiring talent for different specialties across Company Group e.g. ICT, clinical, insurance, other professional roles
*Provide leadership in educating hiring managers on best practice in relation to talent acquisition e.g. interview skills, assessment tools, sourcing methods
*Communicate a clear, accurate understanding of recruitment-related HR analytics and provide insights on how to use them to inform decision making and deliver results. Measure and report on progress again hiring plan on a regular basis
*Provide oversight of compliance with recruitment policies and practices
The successful candidate must have:
*Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience with a strong background in resourcing roles and leadership.
*Business, HR or other relevant degree (Masters level preferable but not essential)
*Experience of working with senior leadership and developing resourcing strategies for a wide range of roles up to senior management / executive level
*Excellent overall knowledge of all aspects of talent acquistion, including experience of strategies and methods that are proven to deliver success
*Versatility to work across different industries within a group structure while applying resourcing techniques and methods that work for the specific industry
*Experience of successfully implementing and utilising digital solutions for efficient and effective talent acquisition
*Confident decision-maker that is able to build rapport quickly and articulate a convincing and informed point of view to influence senior business leaders
*Proven ability to manage resources both people and financial to meet key deliverables
*Excellent planning and organisational skills
*Strong people management and relationship building skills to influence key stakeholders and leadership
*Analytical and strategic thinker that can predict future talent challenges through the use of people data, review of themes and other insights, with the ability to translate this information in consise terms for a wider audience
*Good knowledge of employment law, in particular in relation to the recruitment cycle
*Demonstrated alignment to the Company Values.
Broader HR experience and experience of hiring for healthcare and / or ICT roles is desirable
