Our client is a highly established Dental and Orthodontic practice that are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist/co-coordinator for their two busy practices.
We are looking for someone with a minimum 2 year's Dental or Orthodontics Reception experience. Must be reliable and smart and perform a high quality reception and administration service to ensure satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency and effectiveness in line with the practice policies.
Keys tasks: Reception Duties, dealing with patients. Answer the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner; schedule patient appointments either by phone or in person; print daily day sheets for the clinicians; scan patient notes; collect and record patient payments; Discussing finance options with patients and selling Orthodontic products for the upkeep of oral health whilst wearing braces. Also updating prospective patients held on a waiting list,
