Customer Service Agent (German)Entry Level
A Major International company focused on consulting services to over 14,000 clients worldwide is immediately seeking several German peaking Help desk Agents for roles in Dublin.These are full time , permanent entry level roles.
The main responsibility of the Customer Service/Help desk Agent is to respond to and resolve customer queries and requests (by email and phone)
Fluency in both - German and English essential
Previous call Centre/customer service experience desirable (6 months) but certainly not essential
Customer Focused Results focused highly driven and motivated.
Strong communication (both written & oral), organisational and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail.

The salary for this full time ,permanent position working directly for a major multi-national company would be initially 22,000 + modest benefits.
