We are delighted to be working in partnership with a superb Luxury Hotel in their search for a MICE Sales Manager.
This role will be responsible for the day corporate conference, incentive and association markets, driving sales into the hotel.
Key account management of existing clients to ensure maximum revenue is secured for the hotel.
Identifying new business opportunities and following through to enquiries.
Work with the Director of Sales in identifying strategies to develop your market.
Assist in developing rate growth.
Responsible for submitting proposals and contracting potential business into the hotel.
Responsibility in conjunction with Director of Sales at identifying potential dip markets and ensuring strategies in place to create demand.
Create both awareness and develop loyalty through familiarisation trips, site visits and presentations.
Partnership marketing, working with the Director of Sales to identify potential partners with an opportunity to assist in growth.
To assist in devising incentives for conference and incentive agents to stimulate business.
Assisting in sales based activities when required to generate short-term business into the hotel
Key skills required:
Hotel sales experience required either at Sales Executive or Sales Manager level
Knowledge of the MICE/Conference & Events market
Full driving license and own transport required
Salary dependent on experience, with a bonus scheme and perks.
