We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager of a lovely 4-star hotel in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience as HR Manager or HR Officer within the hospitality industry. You must also have strong admin. and PC skills as well as excellent communication and organisation skills. .
The HR Manager will be responsible for the HR function of the hotel; including HR Recruitment, Selection and Retention, Induction, Training and Development, HR Support for Management and Employees, Employee Relations, Absence and Leave Management, Compliance with Legislation and Regulations and liaising with the Accounts department regarding Payroll.
