Job Description

Our client, an award winning Retail & Hospitality brand is looking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for their business. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the areas of digital marketing for a minimum of 2 years + with a positive 'can-do' attitude. You, as DMM will be used to working cross-functionally to deliver company KPI's and outstanding customer experience.

You will work closely with the Directors, Buying Team and the Branding team to deliver marketing campaigns that are focused on Customer Acquisition and Retention.
Roles and Responsibilities
*Develop and manage a proactive marketing calendar based on seasonality and
commercial opportunities
*Develop and own the same aligned with Buying and Brand activity
*Manage all areas of Digital Marketing for the business
*Monitor and report on campaign target performance and budget management in
*Pro-actively manage the marketing teams focus each week following the trade meetings
to ensure best sellers are maximised, new lines are visible and poor sellers are
managed out of the business via the website positioning.
*Share Best Practice with the marketing team to ensure they are growing with the business and performing in line with their KPI's
*Ensure marketing campaigns deliver a positive ROI.
*With the input of the branding & Buying team create online marketing campaigns that
target new customers in line with KPI's
