In partnership with its Client, Head Hunt Internationals Retail/Hospitality team are looking to speak to experienced Hospitality Area Managers in the Midlands region. Our Client is an expanding Irish Retailer at the forefront of food production
Requirements:
- 3+ Years Experience in the Quick Service Food industry
- Field Management desirable but not essential
- Proven experience Performance Managing large teams
- Proven experience improving KPIs in the Food/Retail Industry
- Full Clean driving licence
Duties:
- Maintain agreed upon KPIs across multiple sites through performance management
- Recruit and train new Store Managers
- Regular HACCP/Health and Safety Site checks
- Bring Innovative new ways to drive sales
- Involvement in the local community- Local Clubs etc
- Compile weekly KPI reports
- Examine all in-store training
- Inspection of Site P&L reports
- Maintain excellent customer service across all sites
