We are now recruiting for a Restaurant Chef to join the team & lead the kitchen operation in relation to the Fine Dining restaurant in a Luxury Country House Hotel.
This Dining Room will be the fine dining element of a Country House Hotel and will be open for dinner service primarily.
The Chef will be given the opportunity to stamp their identity on the restaurant and make a name for themselves in the culinary scene.
He/she must be someone who exudes a passion for fine dining, attention to the smallest of details, seamless service delivery and have a wide knowledge of dishes.
The ideal candidate should be someone who has already held a minimum of a Sous Chef role in a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and who brings in-depth experience to the role.
