Job Description

Our Client, a food manufacturing company with a fantastic growth pattern in the industry, now see to recruit a Continuous Improvement Manager to work in their production facility in County Meath.


*Lead, manage and facilitate the site's continuous improvement journey in all areas of the business (Operational Excellence)
*Delivery of action-focused interventions, targeting performance improvements in line with factory targets
*Improved Efficiency performance across all Production areas
*Identify opportunities to improve or streamline the process to improve Plant reliability
*Develop processes to improve Maintenance activities
*Formulation and execution of plans to reduce unproductive downtime across all areas
*Implementation of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques in order to deliver increased performance in all areas of the business
*Team Management
*Lead, manage and facilitate the Continuous Improvement journey


*Good judge of character and ability to identify and apply individuals' strengths
*Computer literate
*Target focused
*Strong communication skills
*Understanding of OEE / Efficiency and other KPI targets
*Expert in leading, facilitating and problem-solving to root cause analysis
*Results driven and orientated
*Must have food industry experience
*Good people management skills
*Minimum Green Belt qualification
*Computer literate
*Additional Information
*The ability to speak Polish or Russian would be an advantage
