An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cafe Manager an award-winning branded Cafe in Co. Kerry. In this role, you as Cafe Manager will play a key role in the driving of high performance/development of service for the location.
Key responsibilities of this role are:
*Assist the manager of the establishment in the execution of top quality service in the cafe, both in the kitchen and on the floor.
*Full ownership and responsibility for the performance of the café as well as maintaining the high standards of food, service and health & safety.

*Fantastic commercial knowledge
*Experience:
*2/3 years Managing a Restaurant
