The Technical Quality Manager is a vital role heading up Food Safety and Quality for pastry production facility. The Technical Quality Manager leads all site activities relating to technical compliance, accreditation and audit to meet both company and customer requirements. Overall responsibility for food safety and quality through the implementation and continuous improvement of the QMS. Working closely with NPD to manage multiple new products from kitchen to production line. Frequent customer contact, building strong relationships with leading UK Retailers. Leading a team and liaising cross functionally.
You will have 5 + years' experience as a Senior Quality Manager or Technical Manager in a large fast moving food production facility. Strong on Quality management, Food safety and Hygiene requirements, strong knowledge of production processes and taking new products to line, excellent understanding of UK customer requirements, great customer facing skills. Ability to lead a team and work cross functionally.
