Job Description

Amazing opportunity for an experienced Strategic Marketing Manager to join leading Pharmacy Consumer Products company in Dublin. This is an exciting new role for a Passionate Strategic Marketing Manager to develop all marketing/communications for this growing business. You should have at least 3-5 years experience in a similar role ideally in a consumer healthcare/ Pharmacy/fmcg retail business. This is a Stand Alone post therefore experience in setting strategy is important.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for;
Generating, implementing and managing top quality marketing and communications strategies relating to consumer healthcare products/Pharmacies etc..

Responsible for advertising strategies and liaison with advertising agency, marketing strategies (both trade and consumer), PR activities and liaison with PR agency, and digital media including social media.
Develop a yearly Marketing communications strategy in conjunction with the sales team.
Constantly investigate competitors, market trends, current media trends etc and have a strong ability to implement these into the business.
Daily management of all social media- building content and implementing a social strategy include online competitions and promotions etc, all in conjunction with sales team
Develop and cultivate marketing activities with consumer healthcare
Oversee and manage all promotional events and exhibitions
Generating above and below the line advertising with creative agency
Generate PR activity in conjunction with agency
Ideal background should include;
*Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
*Proven track record in devising and implementing engaging marketing strategies and managing budgets.
*Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail, with a strong ability to multitask across a range of projects
*Ability to manage and work independently within a team
*Proven track record in delivering high quality creative ideas and approaches for brands, in synchronized and effective manner
*Excellent knowledge of brand advertising, marketing, PR and Social media.
