In partnership with its client, Headhunt International Retail are looking to recruit a driven and passionate Store Manager with experience in Fashion Retailer for an exciting role in Dublin City Centre. This role is an ideal transitional role for an Assistant store manager to Store manager. It will give you a great chance to prove yourself within the company and in turn progress with them.

You and the rest of the management team will be responsible for achieving the KPI targets for that store with attractive bonus for same. If you have the passion to work with an expanding Brand and the drive to maximize sales and profit while delivering exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance, this is the perfect role for you.

Your role will be to inspire, lead and motivate staff, ensuring your team delivers exceptional customer service with this Brand.
You will be involved in recruiting, training and developing staff as well as ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety policies and legislation. This is an opportunity to perform at the cutting edge of retail management, dealing in all aspects of the day to day operations of a large and successful retailer.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the assigned store.

The role will include but will not be limited to in the following:
Achieving the Store's KPI targets in terms of sales and costs
Leading your own team on a daily basis and the store team with your assistant managers and supervisors.
Recruiting staff, ensuring they receive the appropriate training and development in order to perform their tasks effectively and managing their performance on an ongoing basis
Maintaining Health and Safety standards
Delivering exceptional customer service
Maintaining Store presentation and merchandising standards
Managing stock levels and movement effectively

Essential Requirements:
Proven track record as working in a professional environment at management level
Demonstrable operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication competencies
Target and customer service orientated
Be highly motivated and ambitious, a self-starter with a can do attitude
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
