Commercial Property and Banking Solicitor ((Very Competitive Salary)
Due to major expansion one of Ireland's best-known and most respected Dublin law firms is seeking a Commercial Property and Banking Solicitor for their busy Banking and Property division.
Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in both Commercial Property and Banking.
Expertise and experience across a range of commercial property, banking and finance transactions such as commercial acquisitions and sales, leases, commercial lending, property finance etc.
Experience in advising banks and borrowers on their options relating to lending structures, corporate structures, refinancing, debt restructuring or enforcement.
Experience preparing due diligence reports on security.
Excellent technical and drafting skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong written and oral communication.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results working to tight deadlines and showing good commercial judgement.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative while working as part of a team;
A high level of computer proficiency including MS Office.
Experience using a case management system Keyhouse preferable.
Personally driven with a strong work ethic and a flexible approach to working hours;
Ability to prioritise work.

Salary here is between 65-75,000 D.O.E and additionally a comprehensive benefits package.
