Sales Operations Analyst - French

A US company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the EMEA business by providing dedicated support to one of the EMEA Sales Regions.

Responsibilities:
Act as a business partner for a sales region and support the EMEA HQ:
- Support the sales leader in all business related activities
- Provide first-line operations support to the sales teams
- Drive an action-oriented culture: you deliver on your promises
- Support strategic analyses to drive the evolution of the business

Performance Management of the Business and Sales Teams:
- Track the business to reach planned growth targets
- Support all planning and business management activities for the region
- Ensure the weekly forecast process evolves to measure the business correctly
- Timely delivery and interpretation of key metrics to prioritise actions and make decisions
- Support the coverage model planning and quota setting for the regions
- Collaborate with the commissions team to support ongoing quota management

Run an effective and efficient pipeline and forecasting process:
- Own and drive the weekly forecasting process
- Ensure the business is predictable using a 90-day forecast
- Be responsible for the accurate presentation of the business
- Maintain standards and discipline to underpin a robust forecast
- Ensure effective CRM hygiene is undertaken by the sales team
- Drive alignment between the emerging region, and the geo / worldwide

Drive a consistent Sales Methodology and robust deal management processes:
- Provide first-line operations support to the sales teams
- Drive a discipline of continuous improvement at the deal-level
- Ensure regular deal and account reviews are scheduled and conducted
- Facilitate change management in the process as required
- Ensure close-plans are being created and tracked

Qualifications/Skills:
Strong communication skills in both oral and written forms
Fluency in French and English essential
Business partnering skills with both senior sales and operations leaders
A curious mind that thrives on critical thinking and problem solving
Advanced Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, data analysis with >10k rows)
Strong Microsoft PPT, with the ability to create decks for effective analyses
Oracle CRM skills to an intermediate level and extensive CRM experience
Work with a virtual team, geographically separated across the three geographies
Extensive experiences working in a combination of Operations and Support roles in the technology sector
Experience working in or with technology multi-national corporations
