Sales Manager IT, Head of SME Job Dublin


A major IT Company is recruiting a Head of SME.
We're looking for a highly motivated self starter with strong leadership and Role Model behaviours.

The Head of SME will be responsible for the market strategy for the SME sector in Ireland. They will be fully accountable for delivering and exceeding against the Company growth objectives on Revenue, Profit and Market Share through the Direct Office Team and Channel Partners.


Major Responsibilities

To deliver an on plan performance through profitable sales of the companies products, solutions and services through the Direct Office Sales Team and Channel Partners within the SME market.
Identify and successfully implement strategies for the SME Market to maximize consideration, coverage and activity.
Implement a robust Sales management process.


Background, Experience and Qualifications

Relevant university degree or post graduate degree (desirable).
3+ years experience in a leadership role.
Proven track record of excelling in Sales and participating in business development initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospect to close.
Experience of implementing change programmes is desirable.
