The Sales Team consists of three strands; Inside Sales and Renewals, Partner Sales and Technical Sales across three levels of seniority, across several languages.

As part of the Inside Sales Team, it will be your duty to qualify, develop and close sales for the company, finding net new customers and driving new business and incremental revenue growth, meeting or exceeding assigned individual/team targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
oCall out to new potential and existing clients within the your designated territory
oQualify, develop and close sales
oDeliver on contact, meeting generation and pipeline generation targets
oMaintain current and accurate account and contact information in CRM system
oProvide accurate weekly forecasting, including deal value, status, decision makers and steps to close
oKeep up to date with products and solutions
oMaintaini knowledge of industry trends and competitive offering
oAttend relevant training as directed by manager

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
oSelf confident with the tenacity to succeed
Hungry for success, highly ambitious
oExcellent communication skills, able to demonstrate the proposition over the phone
oSelf starter with the desire and motivation to progress
oPrevious experience of working within an IT/Software related business environment
oKnowledge and experience of CRM system advantageous
oProven track record of New Business Inside Sales success
oAccredited sales training would be highly advantageous
oKnowledge of the industry and designated region/market
oAbility to interact at senior levels internally and with external organisations
