In partnership with our client, Headhunt International are recruiting for a passionate people person to take on the role of Regional Operations Manager for their Eastern Region. The ideal candidate will represent their premium Irish brand in all areas of operations and people management in their Eastern stores.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Proven track record in delivering store profitability.
5 + years Senior Management experience, with significant experience in managing people essential.
Experience setting and achieving budgetary targets.
Professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written & verbal)
A Team player with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
Ability to think strategically, as well as operationally.
Results driven with the ability to manage workloads, prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
An enthusiastic self-starter with drive & passion for retail & the brand (preferably Fashion / Luxury Gift/Homeware)
Resilient & capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks -with changing priorities.
Full driving licence and ability to travel to stores nationwide essential.
Third level Business related discipline preferable.
Proficient IT skills
