Permanent Installation Project Manager required to join established state of the art AV company.
The Installation Project Manager will lead and manage installations and projects for clients from design to final completion. You will manage the teams in all areas of the installation/design Audio Visual projects, liaise and work closely with the client.
*Primary responsibility for the execution of the installation projects to meet Client expectations.
*Overall management of AV installation team: Technical engineering, CAD and Install Crews.
*The primary decision maker on job execution and timing, taking account of financial implications, Client Satisfaction and technical performance.
*Defining, monitoring and ensuring the required quality standards are achieved in terms of system performance and on site staff performance.
*Management of the team regarding recruitment, attendance, productivity, engagement and progress reviews.
*Identifying and managing changes in scope and subsequent cost recovery from clients
*Be the voice of the customer regarding project schedule status.
*Ensure all Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental systems are managed and adhered to.
