As part of the Inside Sales Team will be your duty to generate, qualify, develop and close sales finding net new customers and driving new business and incremental revenue growth, meeting or exceeding assigned individual/team targets.

Call out to existing and new potential clients/prospects within your designated territory.
Generate, qualify, develop and close sales.
Sell the sales proposition over the phone through competitive positioning, leveraging on portfolio strengths.
Drive a 4:1 pipeline with a minimum 5 new opportunities added to forecast each week and a continuous focus on pipe progression.
Maintain current and accurate account and contact information through CRM system including updated commitments.
Provide accurate weekly forecasting, including deal value, status, decision makers and steps to close as well as Quarterly Territory Plans.
Keep up to date with products and solutions getting all the needed certifications.
Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and competitive offering.
Attend relevant training as directed by manager.
- Knowledge of the industry and your designated region/market
- Professional best practices, better inside an IT call center
- Ability to interact at senior levels internally and with external organizations
- Understanding and knowledge of Channel / Distributors
- Fluent in German ideally Swiss German
- Self-confident with the tenacity to succeed
