Our client is looking for someone to take on an Inside Sales Team Lead role within a huge multinational IT company.

The chosen candidate will be given the freedom to grow and take control of their own sales team within a well known, well established IT company,


The Inside Sales Team Leader will lead and inspire a team of Inside Sales Executives to exceed targets across all defined metrics.
Responsibilities:

o Lead a team who will be a blend of inbound and outbound sales execs
o Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Inside Sales function and conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s
o Develop a suite of reports and dashboards to provide insight and understanding to inform the future direction of Inside Sales.
o Coach and develop each individual through personal development planning and quarterly reviews
o Manage all pipeline and forecasting activity for the SME Inside Sales function ensuring delivery of agreed device, price-plan / product mix.
o Manage collaboration with all acquisition teams to maximise sales performance and provide agility.


Skills & Experience:

o Minimum 1 year previous team management/team leader experience
o A history of achieving sales targets in a high volume, fast paced Inside Sales operation
o A proven track-record of exceeding targets in a multi-product environment
o An excellent understanding of the Irish ICT market and any current trends
o A broad knowledge of the Irish SME landscape and the ability to think on behalf of an S
