Job Description

Our client is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic HR professional to join a boutique corporate services provider and business process outsourcing provider, who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.

You will need to be able to think outside the box, be comfortable with driving process improvements and be the type of HR professional who puts great importance on the life cycle of the company's employees.

* Provide proactive HR expertise to the leadership team to enable achievement of business goals and the people strategy
* Lead the design and delivery of a broad range of strategic and operational HR projects to achieve the HR strategy, effectively transform our business and enable our culture and people to role model our behaviours
* Own, lead and participate in HR projects and programmes end to end, supporting the alignment of people processes, culture, systems and employee experience
* Project manage, plan and implement people initiatives to enable business areas to achieve their goals
* Lead the planning, communication and implementation of HR interventions, services, processes or policies effectively across the business
* Provide coaching and support to the leadership team on various initiatives and change programmes and day to day requirements
* Advise on, develop and implement HR initiatives, programmes and processes incorporating best practice and fresh thinking to support the people strategy
* Identify and implement innovative interventions to drive employee engagement and motivation to support a high-performance culture
* Ensure relevant policies are designed and managed with the employee experience and business goals in mind
* Maintaining an up to date knowledge of current policy and processes and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
* Lead annual HR processes including performance reviews, compensation planning, promotions, objective setting, etc. in conjunction with HR guidelines
* Coach leaders and drive the ongoing development of people capability to support direct line management engagement
* Support leaders in hiring the highest calibre employees within acceptable lead times and cost of hire
* Support the implementation of ad-hoc and wider business initiatives
* Build strong professional relationships
* Design and implement ongoing learning programmes for the management team and employees

* Third level qualification in HR related field
* 8+ years' HR management experience, ideally within an SME
* Experience working in a growing business
* Sound knowledge of employment legislation and progressive HR practices
* Superb communication skills required, both verbal and written
* Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and use own initiative
* Demonstrated ability to recruit, direct and motivate a team in a dynamic, changing environment
