German Customer Service Agent
Leading worldwide medical technology firm delivering innovative medical technology solutions is immediately seeking a large number of German Speaking Customer Service Agents for full time permanent secure and very progressive positions in Dublin

These positions provide customer service to customers in DACH region particularly Swiss Market. The successful candidates will be responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner delivering our recognized world-class customer experience at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and promptly.
2.Ensure that all customer inquiries, including but not limited to, order status, inventory availability, delivery information, product information, pricing and invoices are resolved satisfactorily
3.Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the appropriate methods/tool
4.Track and manage the interactions with the customers
5.Identify and solve problems.
6.Providing product information.
7.Dealing with customer complaints
8.Complete the required documentation within the time limit and submit to the relevant organization; Arrange the product returns and raise credit notes, where required.
9.Proactively communicate product availability to customer
10.Manage backorders, where required, informing the customers of availability dates.
11.Create and distribute daily sales invoices.
12.Process requests for catalogs, price sheets, and copies of invoices.
13.Provide support to the sales team: pricing, quotes, service contract offers, product samples, customer call, customer account creation.
14.Liaise with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
15.Ensure reporting is carried out as per business requirements.
16.Actively engage in projects to improve service levels.
Education: High school diploma / Associates Degree or higher
1.One to three years related experience and/or training in Customer Service.
2.Experience in manufacturing company and/or medical device, pharma industry preferred.
1.Fluent in German and English
2.Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
3.Passion for customers and delivering a world-class service experience
4.Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
5.Sense of urgency with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
6.Understanding of Order to Cash process and related systems…Oracle, experience desirable
