The company provides professional services in Customer Support, Technical Support, and Sales Support.

Requirements:

English and one more European language

Good technical skills and familiar with new technologies
Excellent communication skills
Candidate must have European Passport


Responsibilities:


Handle inbound calls
Identify the best solution of customer queries
Solve technical issue of customers
Provide basic trouble shooting
Handle customer queries by phone, email or chat

Basic salary is: 1,100 Euro per month.
