Excellent Inside Sales Opportunity in Dublin City Centre

A major telecoms company in Dublin City is interviewing this Friday for dynamic, energetic, upwardly mobile Sales persons.

A fantastic opportunity to join one of Irelands top employers.

Must be available for Friday between 12 noon and 2pm for interview

Responsible for selling technology solutions to the small to medium business market directly over the phone, your main duties will be to:

- Make outbound telephone calls to the small to medium business market to sell new mobile, fixed & cloud solutions
- Source leads through cold calling and manage leads from internal and external sources
- Take responsibility for your specific sales channel; build relationships with external organisations which could be a source of business
- Identify and qualify all business opportunities from your territory in terms of prospective new business
- Translate customer requirements and the features of the service, into offering specific customer benefits and solutions across the product portfolio
- Qualify new prospects and prepare proposals, mailings, and new initiatives as required
- Work with Telesales Team to achieve Call Handling targets and Service Levels
- Keep informed of product and services portfolio, technical developments, industry trends and competitor activities
- Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with all internal departments, in particular within the Business Channel. Participate actively and positively in Team meetings and one to ones



The skills we`re looking for

- Minimum 1 year Sales Experience
- Proven track record in achieving Sales targets, selling to the SME / SPT Business market
- Solid understanding of technology and developments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure
- Problem solving skills, strong planning and organisational skills
- An entrepreneurial Spirit in taking responsibility for your result Ability to work on own initiative Self starter
