Responsibilities:

oSupport to editors, linguists, managers and hotel partners
oImprove quality and accuracy of content
oExpedia's strategic initiative with hotel partners
oInbound calls and chatting/email in support language

Requirements:

oFluent English and Fluent Dutch or German
oMicrosoft Office application skills, including Outlook, Fluency with internet, computer usage
oStrong written and verbal communication skills in both English and required language
oAbility to consistently provide excellent customer service / support
oAbility to master multiple complex concepts and tools quickly and effectively
oInitiative and problem solving skills
oHighly organized and detail oriented with a very strong focus on process and continuous improvement
oFluent proficiency and comprehension in English plus required language
oOpen communication with other team members to share best practices and flexibility to adhere to process improvements
oDegree preferred, or equivalent in industry experience
oAbility to multi-task in a high pace, global environment and meet targets
oTime management and organization skills
oTravel industry background with customer service support experience (preferred)
oAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and productive environment (preferred)
