Location: Dublin, Ireland

This posting is for an opportunity to work exclusively with a key Aviation client as a
Data Analyst in the Aviation advisory and transactions team.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural team, with work stretching across time-zones and dealing with multiple priorities simultaneously. This role reports to the CCO of the Company.

Our client a company that are expanding both in Ireland and globally require a Data Analyst to work in their Aircraft records review area based out of their City Center offices in Dublin

Skill / Key Competencies required:

Ability to communicate fluently in English and also adequate knowledge of MS Office Suite
The candidate should be a quick learner with ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and reasoning ability
Candidate is expected to be result oriented and a good team player
Willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

As an integral member of the Data Management team serving industry leaders in the field of Aircraft Leasing, the candidate will be required to:
Undertake detailed review of technical records presented by the clients to identify the gaps and document the discrepancies for evaluation.
Review, Monitor and accurately update various Software Systems for efficient Data Management
Undertake training sessions for users for providing better understanding of the Software Systems.
Prepare and circulate weekly / monthly / quarterly reports as per laid down procedures.
Coordinate with other departments ¿ within the business as well as externally with clients and independent contractors to ensure steady flow of data, information and records.
Coordinate with the Asse. Manager and Data Management team for any additional responsibilities to be undertaken in-line with the clients' requirements.
Take collective responsibility towards achieving the targets set forth for the entire Data Management team.

The ideal candidate with have worked with Aircraft records data analytics previously and will have a passion for the aviation industry.
