Commercial Analyst Aviation excellent opportunity Dublin

Location : Dublin, Ireland

This posting is for an opportunity to work exclusively with a key Aviation client as a
Commercial Analyst in the Aviation advisory and transactions team.The ideal candidate
will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural team, with work stretching
across time-zones and dealing with multiple priorities simultaneously. This role reports to
the CCO of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

In conjunction with Commercial and technical teams develop and update aircraft
forecasting cash flow models and templates based on commercial, technical and
market developments.
In conjunction with Technical and commercial teams develop and maintain the
data base of aircraft valuations and develop search criteria and reports
Update Company on market developments.
In conjunction with the team, prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
Track fleet information.Analyse Fleet Age, trends, no. of stored a/c, no. of
parted out a/c.
Present summary findings and recommendations to the company.
Assist the company in formatting documentation for Directors, Shareholders and
Work within a multidisciplinary team.
Ad hoc duties as required within the company.

The role will require that the candidate possess all of the following :

Third level education or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of work experience.
Proven and demonstrable high level excel skills (Financial formulas, macros etc.).
Ability to create and develop complex excel models.
Proven capability to work on own initiative.
Must be able to understand commercial concepts.
Must be able to learn fast in a dynamic environment.
Past experience of working with and managing data bases.
High level data management capability including designing database architecture
and data mining strategies.
Ability to relate complex data in an easily understandable manner.
Ability to understand global current market dynamics and test for future market
Strong statistical analysis skills.
Experience in the aviation industry is desired but not essential.
