In partnership with our client, Headhunt International are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic assistant store manager for their BRAND NEW opening in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a large dynamic team and have strong organisational and communicative skills to help drive sales and KPIS in store.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Driving 5* customer service with the team in store
Demonstrate drive for sales and leading by example.
Motivation of your sales team
Responsibility for all actions in the store including sales targets, liasisng with other departments in the company - hr, buying etc
Continuous staff development on product knowledge
Acting as brand ambassador for the business
People management activities, working in liaison with HR & senior management.
Completing regular reports for senior management
Strong communication and motivation skills
Proven track record in successful people management
Good administrate and organisational skills
Proficient Microsoft Office user, with an easy ability to learn our in-house systems
Available to work to a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Furniture experience would be a benefit but not essential
Ability to use your own initiative, escalating issues to senior management when appropriate
