Administrator Quality Management -German
12 Month Contract with view to permanency Job Dublin based
This German Speaking job working directly for one of the World's largest most established and successful Insurance Companies. You will be servicing especially the life Assurance business market in Germany.
We focus on pensions and individual protection products, offering a combination of unit-linked funds, unitised with profits funds and variable annuity business within its pension products.
Due to business growth and expansion we are looking to extend our Quality management team in our headquarters (Dublin). Our Quality Management team is dealing with escalated complaints, research regarding complaint reasons and complaint management/handling improvements and also with various reports, statistics etc.
1.Indexing of complaints in respect of German life insurance business
2.Dealing with complaints and queries such as: cancellations, advice regarding our various products and queries in respect to values of contracts
3.Supporting the team in their daily work load (requesting information and documentation, setting up appointments/meetings, taking minutes etc.)
4.Reviewing and editing templates
1.Ideally 3rd level qualification i.e. legal or business studies/economics (bachelor/master or similar)
2.Ability to grasp complex issues quickly
3.Fluency in German - degree level or higher
4.Basic English skills -Fluency although preferred is certainly NOT a requirement for this role.
5.Excellent communication skills - written and oral
6.Knowledge of popular MS Office applications
7.Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
8.Conscientious, structured working approach
9.Excellent team working skills
